12 Weeks Welness Program

  Our wellness program is built on the 3 pillars:

Exercise    Mindfulness  Thoughts         and it consists of 12 individual weekly sessions

Our Mind-Body Program is directed towards disease prevention and decreases symptoms of anxiety, depression, fatigue, headaches or any other disorder aggravated by stress and teaches practitioners to counteract effects of stress, build resilience and promote wellness. 

The Program offers the following knowledge & skill development:

Use techniques that are scientifically proven to strengthen the natural healing of body and mind.


  • Understand the biology and connection between stress and psychosomatic manifestations in various conditions and parts of the body.
  • Learn mindfulness techniques to experience grounding in the present moment.
  • Exercise regularly to promote brain's growth  & cardiac fitness
  • Corrective thoughts that influence our behavior patterns.


PILATES 101

 Pilates has become a popular form of exercise for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Pilates, named after its creator Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s, is a mind-body approach to strengthen the abdominal muscle and the pelvic floor.

It is a low impact, versatile, and effective option for people wanting to improve their strength, posture, balance and flexibility. 

Pilates exercises focus on strengthening the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, providing a strong core – the power house -  that supports the back and allows efficient movement. 

A Pilates session is about 45-50 minutes long and consists of exercises that promote core strength and stability, muscle control and endurance, including movement for proper alignment, balance and flexibility. 


Each session is personally tailored to meet your individual needs. As your needs and strength changes, your workout changes accordingly. 

Our Pilates workout will keep your mind engaged and your body challenged.  

Private one-on-one sessions are given in a charming studio fully outfitted with top-of-the-line Pilates equipment in Midtown Manhattan or Upper East Side.

Essential Stretching and Mindfulness for Busy People

Take home skills you can use in your daily life

Each session contains Pilates “essentials” stretching mat skills that you can easily apply in your life and mindfulness practice or guided mediation. 

Guided meditation will learn to focus your mind by building a meditation practice for home, learn to think more positively while you strengthen your body with Pilates flow. 


Essential Stretching and Mindfulness For Busy People meets just an hour a day, twice a week and make a great addition to your lifestyle.
