Our Mission

The Happy Guide is a private practice dedicated to providing high quality interventions  and skills to children, adolescents and adults in individually, family and group setting, in person and online.


Our mission, as guides, is to change the planet one person at a time by helping people achieve their full emotional potential and live life with passion and intention. 

We strive to be your trusted advisers to encourage you to perform at your best, to seek positive change through strategic planning and learn skills that can help you achieve your goals. 


We work individually with each client, or create programs for people at different walk of life to transform their lives, to understand what they want, why they want it, and assist you in creating action plans to close the gap from where you are to where you want to be.    

Our interventions are based on the Needs Assessment.


Furthermore, we include new clinical approaches from the fields  of neuroplasticity, mindfulness  and spirituality. We have introduced a 4th dimension of consistent physical activity.  

  • Neuroplasticity—We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions to help clients retrain their brains to shift focus and understand thought-patterns.
  • Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one's attention to experiences in the present moment, one of the most salient protective factor against depression and anxiety.
  • Physical activity—The 4th dimension of consistent physical activity

This combination of needs, neuroscience, moderate physical activities, mindfulness and spirituality makes an integrative approach in helping clients live at their full potential and experience authentic lives.
